Overview of Role

Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

A variety of tasks including: supporting internal customers with problems within the GMP electronic systems' static master data, providing Certificates of Analysis to internal customers to support supply, supporting QCM activities as an electronic systems SME, developing improvements to processes within QA/QC, and rotations into the QC labs to develop laboratory skills.

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I have learnt many new skills including customer interaction, completing tasks to tight deadlines, quality risk management, electronic system administration knowledge and skills, pharmaceutical regulatory knowledge, and QC laboratory skills (Volumetrics/Pipetting, UV Spectrophotometry, HPLC, automated sample preparation etc.)

Fairly well structured, opportunities for rotations to other job roles. The training provider's structure is good to support lead-up to EPA.
