Overview of Experience

Please give an overview of the virtual experience and what was involved on a day-to-day basis.

Day 1: An introduction to the FCA and a chance to speak to other employees at the FCA. At the end of the day, we were given a breakdown of how the assessment centre will be done
Day 2: Assessment centre - a written assignment, an interview and a brief
Day 3: Assessment Centre reflections and personal development session

What was it like understanding all about the business and potential roles available?

It was really insightful because for someone who doesn’t know a specific job they would like to take on, it was reassuring to know that there would be a role for me due to the varied roles that are available

What was the company culture and general atmosphere like?

It really felt like a friendly atmosphere and especially with the panels it felt like some sort of sisterhood amongst the workers which was really nice to see.
