I enjoy the programme as it gives me the experience for proceeding up, it's a positive environment.

I've learnt a lot about safeguarding, how to communicate with the children, when to know something isn't right and the signs of abuse, why communication in a work place is important.

The schedule is the same from when i started, given plenty of time.

My employer is very easy to talk to, she always listens to any struggles or worries. she's always checking up on us.

Always helping if needing help with something, knows each one of us one by one knowing how we learn putting that into place.
