My job role includes supporting children’s learning and development, support inclusive practice so all children, including those with SEND, can access learning and routines.
I have a passion for helping children grow and develop and helping them meet their needs through observations. I enjoy my role, I am enthusiastic, patient and calm.

To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I have enjoyed learning deeper about children and how I can support them on a day to day basis, how I can learn to communicate better and become a good room leader for my staff and the children in the room.
