My job role is to make sure the children are well looked after and cared for at all times , support the children through play , provide warm and responsive interactions to help the children feel safe and help maintain a clean safe and welcoming environment.

Yes I have. I have learnt how to keep children safe from education, how to support children with SEND,I’ve learnt first aid , health and safety and safeguarding.

My programme is well structured because my trainer makes sure that everything is up to date and prepared for any session and that helps me learn.

My manager has supported me a lot since I’ve started she has made sure she is there for me if I need it and she makes sure that whenever I need help she is there to help me.

My training providers support me a lot in my apprenticeship because they make sure that I have the support I need to continue my job and they make sure they are there for me.

Puffins is good because there are lots of different nurseries so if you live far then the nursery hr will pick the nursery that is closer to you , i recommend puffins because it has supported me since I have started
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Puffins of Exeter?
The tips I have for people applying for puffins is make sure you have appropriate trousers and top for your practice day at your job
