Amazing, TfL just knows how to cater to apprentices honestly such a smooth start process and continuously checking up on us and everyone is ready to help.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

My dream program so I am enjoying the content and bootcamp and lost of knowledgeable people in my field.

I have learnt new tools and systems and a whole new skillset in the way I think.

How well organised/structured is your programme?

Very organised even before I joined we had a call with my immediate managers and were well prepared.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

My employer supports me with both my manager and an apprentice specific coach where they check in with us in terms of our course and well being.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

Training provider is good, they always have regular calls and always ontop of the content for my job role.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

Helps me learn the why and the theory to cyber as well as the context.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

Yes, there are socials that are consistently organised and they are really fun. I have networked in multiple occasions and have even been written about in an article that was shared with all my fellow apprentices.

Why?
They are so well informed, so organised and the large cohort, you are ensured to find a friend for life in. As well as the people around you, day to day care for you deeply. The content you learn is so woven in to the daily activities waiting for you.
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Transport for London?
I would tell them to see how their personal characteristics align to the 3 TfL values and how any real life examples relate, this will make the interviewer see that you have done your research and are keen to join.
