Overview of Role

Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis.

Working within a divisional team within Technology, Data & Innovation on a real-world project set by the manager of the team throughout the internship. Gaining insights into the bank and it's position in the financial industry with events setup by the early careers team. Additionally, collaborating with other interns to produce a project based on a brief set by a member of TDI.

What was the company culture and general atmosphere like?

Amazing culture, found that you can mostly go up to anyone in the bank and they will be willing to support you and provide you guidance where applicable.
