Well structured and balanced program of learning provided. Some admin activities could be better but feedback is acted upon promptly and addressed

How much support do you receive from your employer?

Full support from Line Manager and Matrix Manager. Work/life balance is a challenge. Time required for the course far exceeds the 20% FTE allocated to the program

How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

Excellent support from the teaching and administrative team at the training provider. Allocated a dedicated Work-based Learning Support Officer to navigate the OTJ Hours, Tripartite Meetings and learning journey towards EPA.
