Overview of Role

Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis.

Managing CRM, Helping with Website management (creating webpages, making amends), Email GA4 analysis, campaign Quarterly reporting. Helping with Social media marketing. Learning and helping with everyone in digital marketing team.

Were you given much responsibility during your placement / internship?

Yes, I’ve managed to cover CRM and email executive, Website manager, and social media manager while they were on holiday.
Also did independent projects that brought value to business.

Yes, HubSpot for email marketing, CRM, Social media scheduling. Reporting.
GA4 for website traffic analysis.
Power bi (mostly shadowing)

A lot, From the first day, I’ve been trained with previous intern in same role, then seek support from my manager and team. Also allocated mentor, who I discussed with my career plans and work I do in business.

Company Culture

What was the company culture and general atmosphere like?

Very chill, everyone friendly but serious enough to evaluate your work. Good at guiding and small talks as well. There is a prayer room in the office.
