I support the FP&A team by keeping reporting packs up to date, support the completion of month-end reporting and respond to ad-hoc tasks.

I was given a fair amount of responsibility that gradually increased over the duration of the placement.

I’ve strengthened my technical skills in Excel and IBM Cognos, using them more confidently for analysis and reporting. I’ve also improved my presentation skills by clearly communicating the monthly volume story and key drivers

I received good support from my manager and also other colleagues about how to best utilise my placement to prepare myself for future career success.

The company culture is genuinely positive and welcoming, especially for interns and new starters. People are approachable and supportive, which creates an environment where I feel comfortable asking questions, learning quickly, and building confidence without fear of judgement

I’ve really enjoyed my placement at Travelport. The intern cohort has created a positive environment and helped me settle into my first year in a professional workplace.
