Overview of Experience

Please give an overview of the insight and what was involved on a day-to-day basis.

The first day included networking with different black women in the FCA and also sessions on how to succeed at the assessment centre stage.
The second day included an assessment centre which could possibly lead to an internship for next summer.
The third day is mainly about personal development and assessment centre reflection.

What was it like understanding all about the business and potential roles available?

I heard about roles I did not have any knowledge about like the Economics Data Science Track which is something I now have a lot of interest in.

It seemed to have a collegial atmosphere and everyone has seemed to stay at the FCA for the people.

Overall Experience

To what extent did you enjoy the insight?

I enjoyed the insight a lot but I think if the insight was put earlier in the month I would have enjoyed it more since most people have exams around this time.
