I prepare accounts that are then reviewed by more experienced colleagues. I also complete various jobs to help my colleagues such as registering companies for VAT and PAYE.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I enjoy the program, especially the team who are vey welcoming and good fun to work with.

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

My numerical and problem solving skills have improved massively from experience on the job and learning from colleagues. Going to college helps give me the confidence that I can push myself and learn more complicated skills.

Very well organised, my company has put through lots of students through the program before me so they know what I have to do.

Lots of support from my boss and colleagues giving me advice, days off to go to college etc.

Lots of support, tutors are willing to answer questions through email/zoom even after college course has finished before an exam.
