Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

I work within StreetCare my current job roles vary for day to day but can be anything from using ride on grass cutters to hand mowers to applying pesticide by knapsack or using an quad bike and managing staff in a team to complete tasks given to us by senior managers that's within my current job description.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I enjoy the varied tasks from day to day or week to week , I get good job satisfaction from completing my tasks to a high standard and and the feed back that receive helps me with my learning journey.

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I've started to learn and understand management techniques and how to help people who I support within my team and how to develop my own skills and help people develop there's I've also learned how to set smart goals which can help with the day to day running of a team.

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?

The programme is very well structured and very easy to understand and keep me focused the course work is easy to learn and take onboard. I am very well supported by my manager who is my mentor , my college tutor who is only happy to help with any queries that I have and teaches me in a steady and consistent way.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

I am very well supported by my manager who is my mentor and has a wealth of knowledge within my work place he is very accommodating with my collage work and helping me with any questions that I have and with advising me on my learning journey.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

my college tutor who is only happy to help with any queries that I have and teaches me in a steady and consistent way which is easy to understand and process and take on board .
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

It will help me under stand the daily problems or situations that can arise and how best to deal with them from a management point of view from costing and resources point of view .
