5/5
Advising on legal and strategic projects and managing a team of about 20 lawyers and legal officers.

To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

5/5
The programme developed my strategic thinking, understanding of wider roles including policy and evidence and exposed me to new digital opportunities including AI

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

5/5
Leadership, including understanding the distinction between leadership and management, different styles, and the importance of strategy.

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?

3/5
The requirements of the apprenticeship and the university degree did not always align and greater clarity and instruction would have been beneficial at times

How much support do you receive from your employer?

5/5
My employer as extremely supportive throughout, allowing me time and opportunity to achieve the apprenticeship.

How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

3/5
Regular meetings with my portfolio tutor. She was very good in steering me through what was needed and helping it all seem achievable. The university tutors were less available but some were still supportive when needed.

How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

5/5
It has transformed my practice and confidence, and I've succeeded in moving into a promoted position which I would not have considered without the skills and learning and development of the course.

Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

4/5
There are a few networking events and opportunities within and outside of the organisation.
