Managing one or more major transformation programmes. Planning for significant changes in the council and ensuring they are delivered. This includes supporting development of new service structures or ways of working, planning detailed changes that need to embed the new ways of working and supporting colleagues to deliver those changes.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I have found my apprenticeship very intellectually stimulating, allowing me to explore leadership and systems thinking theory and applying theory in my practice.
