To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

The job itself makes you feel like you are doing something good, you are looking/caring after children on a daily basis and the happiness/joy it brings you, no other job will beat it. I feel like I am learning a lot through the programme and will continue to do so.

It is very well organised/structured. My tutor is exceptional and always on time and runs the day release sessions really well.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

My Manager is extremely supportive, I always feel like I can go to her for help/guidance. I never feel embarrassed or scared to approach her either.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

They are always there to give you support and guidance, you can contact them at anytime and they will always do everything they can to help you.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

I feel that I am given the information and guidance from the day release sessions and then I can incoorporate that into my day to day work.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

We have staff socials which is really nice. Also, head office always put on the puffins staff page, events/seminars that you can attend.

Puffins has an excellent apprenticeship programme, always child focused and you can tell the parents see that too.
