Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

Microsoft Operations is the backbone to how our Microsoft team operates together, between sales teams and Microsoft themselves. Our main focuses are managing agreement set up and overseeing this entire process from contract creation to post set up, once the agreements and licenses go live. Our team deals with many different Microsoft agreement types such as EA's/CSP/MPSA/Campus and more.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I love the programme it has helped me progress my understanding in the IT sector massively and i would thoroughly advise anyone who is unsure to apply !
Skills Development
Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I have learnt major skills related to Microsoft and how it operates. It has enabled me to also develop my people and interpersonal skills !

How well organised/structured is your programme?

Our programme is run both by Softcat and our apprenticeship provider LDN who have both supported me through every stage of the process.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

I could not state enough how much my team and Softcat as a whole have supported me during my apprenticeship. I owe everything to them for their kindness and willingness to help through every stage so far !
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

The training provider gives us materials to learn from and a 2 hr live session every month plus a 1 and a half hr session dedicated solely to myself and any issues i may have !
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

It backs up the on the job learning that i do perfectly.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

We have Team Nights Out every quarter plus socials after work and also a kick off for the new year in October !

It has been the perfect start to my working adult life in a corporate environment - as first full time jobs go i couldn't advise you to look anywhere else !
