Overall, how would you describe your experience at Avery Healthcare Group?
My experience at Avery healthcare is brilliant. I feel very well supported in my role and by my managers and the job has enabled me to travel to different places which means that no two days are the same.
What are the main responsibilities of the role and which elements of the role do you enjoy the most?
I train team members in care homes which means that I get to share my wealth of knowledge with the team and try to make a positive impact on the way that the care homes run.
To what extent does your role give you the opportunity to contribute meaningfully and feel valued by your team?

How is the support you receive?

My line manager is amazing. The support I receive from him is second to none. He is human, approachable and understandable and is my biggest cheerleader. He is true to his word and bends over backwards to support our team.
How is your work-life balance?

The work life balance is fantastic. In my specific role, I am able to plan my own diary and I ensure that I meet the needs of the company which is do-able within a specific time frame which suits me.
