Learning & Development Coordinator Review

My role is to coordinate the training needs of the business and providing reports to senior management regarding compliance in line with the CQC

The programme structure was easy to follow. As the apprenticeship progressed, I was able to understand how all the learning was moving towards my EPA

I received huge support and encouragement from my line manager, colleagues and the wider business.
I proactively found ways to incorporate my OTJ training and this was fully backed by my manager who checked in regularly to ensure I was ok and achieving what was required without stress.

I received loads of support from the training provider. During the project management element of the apprenticeship, I reached out for additional help, this was booked in without delay which helped me understand requirements of the assignment.

I have gained confidence with my role and an understanding that I'm good at what I do.
I can now communicate with stakeholders at all levels confidently.

When I started with the business, I was made aware that I could complete an apprenticeship once my probation period was completed successfully. I enrolled on the Business Administration Level 3 course at the earliest opportunity.
Avery Healthcare promote learning and give opportunities to achieve this. It's not just talk! This is done through continued encouragement and team work.
The whole L&D team are currently working towards an apprenticeship qualification, including the head of our department. We are all here to support once another.
