My day to day role includes completing daily checks, complete laboratory soil and aggregate testing whilst following the correct standards for the procedure and ensuring all my testing is accurate and done to the standard.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I highly enjoy the programme and Learning at Bam. the whole team have been incredibly supportive in my professional development helping me learn and grow in my career.

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I have learnt and developed in countless different areas.including Lab soil and aggregate testing and also parts of site testing which is all knowledge I’ve acquired since joining bam .whilst learning at Bam I’ve developed my skills in my confidence, organisation and time keeping ,to name a few
