Overall, how would you describe your experience at Forvis Mazars?
My overall experience has been good. A very welcoming environment and team along with a good work-life balance.
There appears to be good opportunities for progression and to act up into more senior roles.

What are the main responsibilities of the role and which elements of the role do you enjoy the most?
My main responsibilities are in fieldwork of the audit process. This includes testing multiple areas of different financial statements such as income and expenditure, as well as many other areas.
To what extent does your role give you the opportunity to contribute meaningfully and feel valued by your team?

I feel that my role on each audit team that I work in is vital to moving the job onwards to ensure that sign off is on time
How does your compensation package - including perks & benefits - fairly remunerate you for the work you do?

I feel that the remuneration package is reasonable as there are multiple benefits and the ACA qualification is paid for.

I feel that this role is providing me the best opportunities for my future career, through in work support as well as great support with my exams and ACA/ICAEW exams.

I feel that most days I am able to learn something new about the organisations that we audit or the work that we do whilst auditing.

I receive great support from my team and managers. I was also allocated a buddy before I started who provided me with good support up to and starting my role.

Great work life balance, as well as support around mental health.

Mostly hybrid culture. The workplace is highly inclusive and everyone's opinions are valued.

There is a great culture around equality, diversity, inclusion and accessibility. For example, taking part in fast for a day and Iftar for Ramadan

Many opportunities to take part in CSR activities. CSR team works on providing opportunities and paid days off are provided for CSR days.
