My role on site is to maintain the building within the painting and decorating sector. I work with the facilities team.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I really enjoy the programme that I'm on because I'm learning on the job, at college whilst getting paid. I gain knowledge, skills and learn best behaviours day to day.

I've learnt loads of new skills whilst being on my apprenticeship and it helps to document this within my portfolio so I can look back on all the skills I've developed.
