Overview of Role

Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
5/5
As part of the finance apprenticeship, over the course of 5 years I am rotating around 5 different areas of Group Finance. As a result, my role varies depending on which placement I am in. My roles so far have included financial reporting roles including internally (month end BAU tasks such as reconciliations) and externally (HMRC returns, FCA request and preparation of year end accounts). I have also been in a change team, which involved documenting calculations and requirements for the build of a forecasting model, and managing change effecting the finance function.
