Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

role on a day to day basis looks very different. If I am assigned to an Audit my day can consist of calls with stakeholders toand fellow team members, whilst spending a lot of time conducting testing and writing up my findings and conclusions. With Adhoc tasks always coming up as well!t g
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

Having this been my first full time role, I can genuinely say I enjoy my programme for two reasons, the content and the people. As someone who likes to see different things I am excited for the multiple placements I will undertake whilst on my apprenticeship and to see different aspects and functions of the business. I have enjoyed my current placement and feel valued as part of the team by being entrusted with tasks whilst enjoying

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

Since joining seven months ago, I've learnt so many new skills and developed on so many! The ones I have felt the most value in developing is my communication skills from interacting with team members across the country and stakeholders.

My programme is well structured having been in place for many years and the team in charge of supporting me from the inception have been great.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

My employer has been very supportive, the wider team and my line manager have both been great in helping me settle into the role. I feel actively challenged and encouraged to develop.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

I can't comment on this fully as I am only just starting with my training provider due to issues unrelated to them. From the interactions I have had with them so far I feel supported and heard in our calls.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
