My role covers a range of tasks including but not limited to booking meeting rooms, being responsible for various shared inboxes, attending meetings that support the operational side of my area, minute/action taking, reports.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

The only downside i have experienced is the travel time

Ive definitely developed a pre-existing skillset during my time here such as deeper proficiency with Microsoft Office applications

At times its not clear and a bit frustrating to deal with when things get changed regularly from what we have been initially told

I recieve a good amount of support from my employer however some requests/allowances I have made in the past haven't been acknowledged

I think it would be 5/5 had i been a younger student coming out of school however as im older than most jts slightly less beneficial to me

I think working at Sellafield is very beneficial in terms of growth and the understanding of working life you gain from working here is second to none. The benefits of working at SL outweigh any potential downsides or negatives I could think of.
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Sellafield Ltd?
Apply yourself in everything you do, keep on top of all your college work to make your life as easy as possible, have fun.
