Recommendations & Advice

Would you recommend Addleshaw Goddard to a friend?
Yes
Why?
I would recommend AG because of its supportive and collaborative working environment. From my experience, there is a strong sense of community where colleagues are approachable and always willing to offer guidance, which makes it easier to learn and develop.
The firm also supports through immediate team and wider cohort for apprentices, creating a network where you feel encouraged and are with others going through the same stage as you. in addition, the flexible hybrid working allows for a healthy work life balance, whilst the office is modern and welcoming, making it enjoyable to work from the office as well as the comfort of your home.
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Addleshaw Goddard?
My advise would be to research AG to understand the values and culture, as this will help you tailor your application and show genuine interest in the sector you are applying for.
I would also recommend being yourself during any interview process, answering using experience from your past work and life experiences but also not being robotic, AG would prefer to see you for who you are and appreciate someone who is well spoken, enthusiastic and has a genuine interest for the role they are applying for.
