As a Business Development & Marketing apprentice, I sit throughout different teams in Business Development ranging from social media to business operations with many more. This gives a great overview of the industry from a professional services lens.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

There's a great support system, each team is encouraging. There is so much to learn and it's great to get hands on experience.

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

The teams vary, so you are always developing new skills. You also get the chance to explore any current interests, and are encouraged to develop existing skills also.
Structure and Support
How well organised/structured is your programme?

Organised very well, there are 12 teams I work in and change teams every 2-6 weeks. The tasks I'm given align with my apprenticeship standard.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

Great support system, managers and teams are fully aware of apprenticeship program and strive to make sure it's working well.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

Regular catch ups to talk through any issues and concerns with focus on wellbeing, support and career progression. The lectures are engaging and the content is interesting.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

Lectures often have crossovers with work tasks.
