Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

My job role is creating and sourcing all the product for Hays travel and advertising that on our social media, branch windows, press and brochures. Day to day i know what tasks i need to do and these vary on the day.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I have absolutely loved my apprenticeship so far, the programme has been amazing. I feel well cared for and feel like my learning has come on so much and i have grew and learnt so much throughout my time here
Skills Development
Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I have learnt new skills like writing professional emails, answering phone calls, using a computer, using website development platforms and I've developed existing skills of communication and time management
Structure and Support
How well organised/structured is your programme?

I would say my programme is very wel organised and structured i dont find myself feeling confused and if i ever am its always solved straight away and put right
How much support do you receive from your employer?

The support i recieve has been amazing my employer always puts me first and is shows a genuine interest in my development and wants to see me achieve to the best i posssibly can.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

My training provider offers us so much support regarding my qualificationa nd reassures me if im struggling and makes sure i get it right. Once again they show an interest in my development and will do anything to help me which has been amazing for me and makes me feel confident with all my coursework and end point assesment.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

It helps me perform as i am developing skills in training that ahs also been beneficial in my job role and helps me achieve more in the future and for future careers.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

there are christmas parties, garden parties there is also a hays travel football team and we offer supplier takeover nights such as a tourism australia one and it is good as all apprentices are able to attend.

Why?
It has helped me to grow, learn and develop my skills as well as giving me a real look at what it is like to work a full time job whilst still having that extra support from everyone around me
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Hays Travel?
I would say to be yourself and dont be nervous as everyone is so welcoming and it shouldnt feel scary
