Overview of Role

Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
4/5
i like my job as it is very interactive with members of the public, and it is rewarding to help people every day. I love my team as they feel like family and they are always ready to support you and help you with any queries you may have. The apprenticeship program is amazing, you are so supported by your learning and development coach and you make so many new friends within your group and the others. Any piece of work that you are given will never be too hard with the great support system around you.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
4/5
I like the program as the training days really help me to get through my work and understand my assignments more. You are always allowed time to get all work done and if you need any help the apprentice group will be there to support you, as well as other learning and development coaches around you. I think it is great that some members of the team are past apprentices and they are always willing to help you and take part in your evidence for work.
