I love my job as a regional marketing apprentice. I work closely with our Hays Travel branches as well as OOH marketing agencies to bring campaigns to life on a large scale as well as getting in with the public.

I have learned so much about the world of marketing including offline, CRM, digital and more. This apprenticeship has also majorly assisted in developing my confidence.

My qualification (Level 2 customer Service Practitioner) is great and has helped me with team work and time management. As well as how to handle a phone call or present myself in meetings. however, I do feel that sometimes it is more directed towards a sales role.

Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
