Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I have learnt a lot regarding customer complaints and claims. Also about destinations worldwide and fitting that with customer types. Selling is also a big part, and learning the right wording to upsell and gain more commission has been really helpful in business operations

The online training made me feel a little out of touch with my L&D coach, and at times not engaging. Also felt it was a little slow for the skills required when actually on shop floor.
