Overview of Role

Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
4/5
Within my role I work closely with my team everyday, we work on the Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Linkedin, Pinterest and more to drive engagement and promote our products to customers as well as driving in new employees. We also support branches with any queries' they has as well as creating ads for them.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
4/5
I really enjoy the programme.

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
4/5
Yes I have learned many new skills especially in relation to my confidence and public speaking abilities.

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?
3/5
The programme is great and organised however the content links directly to retail roles and not head office meaning it doesn't have the same benefits to us. This should be seriously considered in the future to better support upcoming apprentices.
How much support do you receive from your employer?
4/5
I receive good consistent support from my employer.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
3/5
I also receive good consistent support from my training provider, however, past obstacles such as gaining a new training provider has created a lot of confusion at points in time.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
3/5
I think that the training provides us with great transferable skills, however, the actual qualification doesn't relate to my role as it is retail based and a lot of it is irrelevant to my job.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
3/5
We have supplier takeover days which allow us to meet and learn more about our suppliers as well as conference which creates connections.
