Overview of Role
Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis.
Completing various admin tasks such as printing the required plans and sections. Collating design issues raised in meetings to a concise document that is shared to the design management team. Contacting key consultants for design issues and providing them with the relevant information they require. Monitoring activities on site and keeping track of work through site diaries. Learning from the trades on their process on site and keeping records of this. Reporting any potential health and safety issues as well as any issues the trades have.

I was given some responsibility that affected the project but would have liked to take part in more.

I have improved on my communication and time management skills. I also improved on my construction knowledge. I strengthened my note taking and drawing skills during my time at Mace.

I was given a lot of help that was tailored towards my personal development. I was able to answer many questions I have always had about construction as many of the staff where very open and receptive to questions.
