Overview of Role
Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
I provide coaching and support colleagues to build their confidence, capability, and engagement. I work closely with other leaders to support my apprenticeship and continuously improve ways of working, while reflecting on my own development through my apprenticeship. I focus on the apprenticeship modules and homework that is set.

Skills Development
Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
In addition, I have improved my communication, time‑management, and decision making skills, enabling me to handle competing priorities and support my team more consistently. The reflective elements of the programme have helped me become more self‑aware and deliberate in my leadership approach.
