- Assisting design team with drawings and calculations

Were you given much responsibility during your placement / internship?
- Design calculations actually contributed to current work of the team and not just dummy calcs for an intern.
- Not much project involvement apart from specific task I was asigned

What was the company culture and general atmosphere like?
- No centralised intern programme so didn't have the opportunity to network a lot
- Socialising within teams varied greatly depending on which team you were in
- Good at encouraging women in STEM
- Good outside of work activities e.g. 5 aside football weekly

- Exciting projects to work on and innovative design solutions - not found in many other companies
- Company culture is very much you are responsible for your own work and have to be proactive
