Overview of Role

Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
5/5
My role as a business Support Officer is to ensure the smooth every day operations of the office. My job includes, sorting email inboxes, sending them to the correct recipient. I have to send letters, archive documents and complete any tasks my managers set me.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
5/5
The program is challenging yet fun, with lots of support and resources I can refer to if I need help.

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
5/5
I have learnt professional skills that can be applied easily to an office setting. Working with computers everyday has helped me to hone my IT skills.

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?
3/5
Some things are really structured but sometimes plans can be up in the air where nobody knows what is going on.
How much support do you receive from your employer?
5/5
my employer is excellent with supporting me, I get all the time I need to complete my apprenticeship work and having work that don't have a deadline or a very long deadline helps me to see what needs to be done first.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
5/5
My trainer has a detailed plan with dates and times that they should be completed by. I know that I can contact him if I have any issues with the apprenticeship work he has set me.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
3/5
It helps me to be more technical with my job role however, I feel like what you learn from hands on work would be more than sufficient.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
1/5
Nothing that isn't mandatory
