Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

Managing tenant enquiries and complaints via telephone, council website, email, and managing these alone, or if they require more information, escalating or re-assigning to senior managers. Keeping up to date on assignments and requests by managers. Managing ongoing works within adaptations sector which involves bathrooms, showers, stairlifts, ramps, and other equipment. My team works within the Elementals works program, that covers windows, boilers, kitchens, and others.

Developing independence within my role as I learn more information. Getting used to a fast-paced environment and how I can adapt to these situations.

My programme has a clear plan and strategy for how they will train me in different areas of teams across the council. Some within teams is delayed due to unavailability.
