I don’t enjoy my role personally and day to day I don’t really do much a lot of sitting around when there is work to do it is handling waste and tidying up

Programme was handled poorly and very confusing and I don’t like the role

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

Learned how to keep safe on a nuclear site and how to work on a nuclear site also learned how to use certain equipment such as pallet trucks and learned how to follow the on site procedures

Why?
For me it’s a yes and no I’m sure there are good programmes but I don’t enjoy mine so I would recommend sellafield but not my programme
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Sellafield Ltd?
Have good work experience and really put an interest into the company and show it and put good effort into the interview and show interest
