Overview of Role

Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
5/5
I am an Apprentice Commercial Surveyor on a 4–5 year programme, combining an undergraduate degree in Real Estate with the University of the Built Environment alongside progression towards professional chartership with the RICS. The scheme is rotational in structure, with four annual rotations across different teams to build a broad foundation of experience. To date, I have completed rotations in Property Management and Industrial Agency and am currently working within the Operational Real Estate team. After gaining a solid base understanding in each rotation, I am encouraged to take on increasing responsibility, managing my own instructions with appropriate oversight and support from the wider team.
