Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

I'm involved with accounts receivable and the invoicing process as well generating reports based on this.

To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

It's challenging but will be hugely beneficial in progressing my career, i'm happy with everything so far.

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

It has widely improved my understanding of many areas of the accounting function, it has also improved my ability to process and present information in a timely manner.

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?

The workload is manageable and i receive support when needed, any questions i have are answered quickly.

How much support do you receive from your employer?

I haven't required much support from them so far but when i have they have always been flexible as well as helpful.

How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

The learning materials i receive are more than enough to work with, the option to get further help from a tutor is there if i need it.

How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

I have a better understanding of the wider business and the roles that other people are doing, it gives a clearer perspective and helps me to manage my own expectations when liaising with colleagues.

Plenty of opportunities for networking and extra-curricular activities are given throughout the year.

Why?

They have been good for providing plenty of opportunities for my own developement, support is always available during the busier periods and there are regular check-ins to offer feedback and to discuss how things are going.
