Overall, how would you describe your experience at Cooper Parry?
Overall, my experience at Cooper Parry has been very positive. I’ve found the environment supportive and genuinely focused on development, with lots of opportunities to take on responsibility and build confidence. I’ve worked with managers who are approachable and willing to invest time in explaining things properly, which has really helped me grow technically and professionally.
What are the main responsibilities of the role and which elements of the role do you enjoy the most?
The main responsibilities of the role include planning and delivering audit work to a high standard, taking ownership of assigned sections, and ensuring work is completed efficiently and in line with auditing standards.

I would advise anyone applying to Cooper Parry to be themselves and show genuine interest in the firm and its culture, as that comes across strongly in the recruitment process. It’s helpful to spend some time understanding Cooper Parry’s values and how they work with clients, as this seems to be just as important as technical ability.
