I felt the full support of my colleagues throughout and I am so grateful for everything that I have learnt which has had a impact on my life.

Since starting my apprenticeship I have learnt many skills including office skills, communication skills and also more knowledge about the business from my apprenticeship studies.

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?

My programme is extremely structured as I have a full day each week to focus on my apprenticeship studies and the other days of the week I work with the business.

How much support do you receive from your employer?

I have weekly meetings with my manager to discuss my progress and anything else that I may want to bring up in the meeting.

How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

I have monthly meetings with my training provider to discuss all the work which I have completed over the past month. I also discuss anything I may want to discuss whether it is about the business or the studies.
