Arranging assessment centre, working with stakeholders and suppliers to ensure events run smoothly, analysing data to report on candidate performance and feedback, and reporting on assessor feedback, planning and designing and improving future events

The data skills I'm learning in my data apprenticeship have helped bolster my confidence and can be applied to my role on a daily basis, very helpful and great learnings

I have developed my data and AI skills, which are essential for the future. particularly based in excel, I had lots of knowledge gaps, so this has helped me round out my knowledge, learning lots of helpful advice and tips
