Overview of Role
Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis.
Preparing Power Point presentation slides, using Excel to create charts from company information and financial data, building models in Excel such as DCFs and accretion/dilution models. Listening to calls and taking notes, gathering research and summarising.
Were you given much responsibility during your placement / internship?
Responsibility increased throughout the internship, towards the end drafted and created full slide decks and company profiles as well as models mainly independently.
