I work as a Networking & Cybersecurity Specialist (NetSec Sales Apprentice) within the Specialist Sales team at Softcat. My role sits between the account manager, customer, and vendors, where I provide technical and commercial support across networking and security solutions.
I support customers throughout the sales lifecycle – from initial discovery and design, through to quoting, vendor engagement, and post‑sale support – while developing my technical knowledge and consultative selling skills as part of the apprenticeship programme
