To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

Really enjoyed the programme for level 4 software developer, also had a few residentials at a training centre. This was great as I have now moved on to a L6 DTS degree apprenticeship.

Employer an team were so helpful and very encouraging around the programme and providing the necessary work and time to help complete this!

Due to being in a large organisation, I think it fitted well however I was doing a software developer apprenticeship while being in a cloud security role. I made it work and so did my manager however we had to get some help from other teams so I could meet my goals!

Would you recommend Lloyds Banking Group to a friend?
Yes
Why?
I would 100% recommend LBG… I have no worked here for 9 years! And the last 2 have been the best as I got the opportunity to make a career change and undertake a L4 apprenticeship in a new area. This has now opened a lot more opportunities for me and my future.
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Lloyds Banking Group?
I would advise to always keep an open mind and focus on continually developing yourself with in demand skills!
