My day-to-day job involves working on our clients that require an audit. This will mean contacting them for information and then testing the information against financial statements.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I do enjoy the program. I have learnt a lot from the program through the last 4 years. however it is still a job at the end of the day, so will have it's tough aspects as well as the parts you don't enjoy as much here and there

I have learnt a lot of skills working here, such as communicating, delegating, taking the lead, and problem solving.

There is a basic structure that all trainees will follow. You tend not to deviate from this too much.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

Employer provides a lot of support for trainees by giving us the needed college and study time. Managers are understanding when you have exams and will allocate the workload accordingly.

How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

The qualification definitely provides a lot of training and you start to consolidate that knowledge with what you learn in college. However, I think you learn more practical aspects from the job itself and seeing it work in real life.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

The workplace organizes a quite a few socials, whether it is sports, getting lunch or going to the pub after work. there is also annual parties held for each office.

You don't need to have a lot of knowledge of accounting before applying for an apprenticeship here, you just have to be willing to learn and put the effort needed in.
