Data gathering, monitoring, partnership with training providers, managing DAS account, liaising with HR, recruitment, Area and Operations Manager support, learner support, visits, create resources and proposals, safeguarding learners, resolving site issues and guidance on course content.

It may have limited impact on day to day work and role, although the research is interesting and can help fill knowledge gaps. It helps me explore things from a range of perspectives and bring fresh insight.

Yes, encouragement to join events at Town Hall meetings, conferences and awards ceremonies. I am also supported to travel to participate in podcasts and other networking events with providers and other companies.
