In my day- to day my internal customers - sales- send requests into my inbox with opportunities I then send this to the relevant departments such as Profesional services and architecture services and to align them to the relevant opportunities and get the relevant people formally aligned so sales can provide for the customer
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I really enjoy the programme at softcat , as they do the upmost to make everyone feel settled joining the company and they offer plenty of incentives to all employees . My team are really strong and always support me at any ask

It is very Organised as the company give me set days to work on my apprenticeship and every few months they offer inductions and value days to meet with all the other apprentices
