Overview of Role

Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
4/5
My day-to-day role involves supporting two Relation ship Managers and their portfolio of customers. | am responsible for admin tasks, for example booking meetings in and managing diaries. I am also reasonable for booking, completing and following up on Fraud and Operational Service Reviews which we aim to do with every customer, along side supporting customers with day to day queries and support.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
5/5
I have really enjoyed the programme, being able to develop my knowledge both on and off the job. I have been able to share learning with other apprentices and learn from them during apprenticeship sessions.

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
4/5
I have been able to develop my communication skills through both the apprenticeship and during my day-to-day role.

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?
3/5
I have experienced a few issues with organisation from the training providers end. There was a live webinar within the first half of the programme where no-one turned up to host and no communication was sent out to apprentices who where all sat in the waiting room waiting for it to begin. This was then rescheduled, where the same occurred during the rescheduled webinar.
How much support do you receive from your employer?
5/5
I have received great support from my line manager during the apprenticeship and the early talent team have been on hand to suppor where needed.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
4/5
The support from the training provider has been inconsistent, at times they are fast to mark work and return the feedback and other times they take up to a month. As I approach the end of my apprenticeship, I was told my essay where ready for End point assessment and had passed, when the EPA assessor had returned the feedback, their feedback pointed to a lack of product evidence and an example outside of Gateway. It has not been three weeks and I still have not heard back from the training provider on if the example is going to be accepted or not.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
4/5
The live sessions and CBI qualification have supported me in my job role by supporting my knowledge on Banks, how they work and the best ways to provide customer service.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
4/5
There are many networking events I get the opportunity to attend
